2XL: add $1 per hoodie

Athletic Heather, Graphite Heather and Vintage Heather: add $2.20 per hoodie, in addition to any size difference

One-time embroidery setup

$30 per new design, charged once. Reorders using the same digitized design skip this fee. Changed or additional designs may require a new setup. Additional embroidery locations and personalization are quoted separately.
