At DROP17, we aim to ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Times

  • Standard processing time:
    Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
  • Peak periods and limited drops:
    During new drops, holidays, or high‑volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • Order verification:
    In rare cases, we may need additional time to verify order or payment details. If this happens, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship orders from the United States.
  • Domestic (within the U.S.)
    • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
    • Expedited options (if available at checkout): delivery times will be shown at checkout and may vary by carrier and destination.
Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may impact actual delivery times.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Destination
    • Order weight
    • Selected shipping method
  • Any applicable shipping promotions or free‑shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada
  • If your location is not available at checkout, we are not yet able to ship to your region.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at help.drop17@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.
  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, DROP17 is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. In such cases, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
    • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.
    • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us at help.drop17@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair solution in line with this policy.
