Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3–7 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days (US domestic).

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're currently shipping US domestic only. International shipping is coming soon—sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

Email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order ships, we can't change the address.

My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package. What do I do?

Check with neighbors, building management, or your mailbox. If you still can't locate it, email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.

How does the Orbit Hoodie fit?

The Orbit Hoodie has a relaxed, athletic fit—not oversized, not slim. It's designed to move with you, whether you're hitting the gym, skating, or just repping your city.

Fit profile:

• Roomy through the chest and shoulders

• Slightly tapered at the waist (not boxy)

• Sleeves hit mid-hand when arms are relaxed

• Length covers your belt line

How do oversized hoodies fit?

Our cream, green, and blue Orbit Hoodies feature an embossed oversized fit—intentionally relaxed, not baggy.

Oversized fit profile:

• Dropped shoulders for relaxed drape

• Longer body length (mid-hip to upper thigh)

• Wider chest and sleeves without looking sloppy

• Designed to layer or wear solo

Oversized doesn't mean one-size-fits-all. Order your normal size for a true oversized look, or size down if you want a less exaggerated fit.

What size should I order?

If you're between sizes, size up.

• S: 5'6"–5'9" | 130–150 lbs

• M: 5'9"–6'0" | 150–170 lbs

• L: 6'0"–6'2" | 170–190 lbs

• XL: 6'2"–6'4" | 190–220 lbs

• 2XL: 6'4"+ | 220+ lbs

How do I measure myself?

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.

• Length: Measure from the base of your neck to where you want the hoodie to end (usually mid-hip).

• Sleeve: Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, down to your wrist.

Will the hoodie shrink?

No. The Orbit Hoodie is made from pre-shrunk 350gsm fleece (80% cotton, 20% polyester). It's designed to hold its shape through washes and wear.

Just follow our care instructions: cold wash, inside out, air dry or low heat.

What if I order the wrong size?

We've got you covered. Check out our Size Swap Policy—you can exchange your hoodie for a different size within 14 days, even if your size sold out.

How heavy is a hoodie?

Most hoodies weigh between 200-280gsm (lightweight, fast fashion) or 280-350gsm (medium weight).

The DROP17 Orbit Hoodie is 350gsm—heavyweight territory. That's 18-24+ ounces depending on size. You feel the difference immediately.

Heavy = durable, structured, premium. This isn't a one-season hoodie.

What is GSM in hoodies?

GSM = grams per square meter. It measures fabric weight and density.

• 200-280 GSM: Lightweight (mall brands, thin, stretches out fast)

• 280-350 GSM: Medium-weight (decent, but nothing special)

• 350+ GSM: Heavyweight (premium, built to last)

DROP17 Orbit Hoodies are 350gsm heavy-loop fleece. That's the threshold where quality becomes undeniable.

Are heavyweight hoodies worth it?

Yes. Here's why:

Durability: 350gsm fabric resists pilling, fading, and stretching. It holds its shape through daily wear, workouts, and washes.

Better fit: Heavy fabric drapes cleaner. No clinging, no bunching. Looks better on your frame.

Warmth without bulk: One layer does the job. No need to stack three hoodies.

Premium feel: Pick up a heavyweight hoodie. The weight tells you everything.

If you want a hoodie that lasts one season, buy cheap. If you want your go-to for years, invest in weight.

What is the Orbit Hoodie made of?

350gsm heavy-loop fleece (80% cotton, 20% polyester).

It's pre-shrunk, durable, and engineered to hold its shape through workouts, washes, and daily wear. This isn't fast fashion—it's built to last.

How do I care for my hoodie?

• Wash: Cold water, inside out, with similar colors

• Dry: Air dry preferred; low heat tumble dry if needed

• Don't: Use bleach, fabric softener, or high heat

• Iron: Low heat if needed (avoid the graphic)

Are all hoodies numbered?

No. Only select drops are numbered. When a release is numbered, each hoodie includes a unique tag (e.g., "1 of 50") indicating its place in the production run.

The Orbit Hoodie – Cincinnati Heat 17 (launching November 17, 2025) is a numbered drop: 50 units total.

What does "numbered exclusivity" mean?

It means your hoodie is part of a limited production run, and you own proof of that. Each numbered piece includes a tag showing its unique number (e.g., "17 of 50").

No restocks. No surprise "found inventory." When it's gone, it's gone.

How to style an oversized hoodie?

Oversized hoodies are streetwear staples. Here's how to make them work:

The Clean Fit:

• Oversized hoodie (cream, green, or blue embossed)

• Slim or tapered joggers/pants (creates balance)

• Clean sneakers (white, neutral, or bold)

The Layered Look:

• Oversized hoodie over a long tee (let the tee peek out at the bottom)

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my hoodie for a refund?

No. All sales are final. We don't offer refunds because our drops are limited and numbered.

But we do offer size swaps within 14 days if the fit isn't right. See our Size Swap Policy for details.

How do I exchange my hoodie for a different size?

Email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• The size you ordered

• The size you need

We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your original hoodie (unworn, tags attached), we'll ship your new size within 3–5 business days.

Your numbered tag stays with you—you keep your original number, even if you swap sizes.

What if my size sold out? Can I still swap?

Yes. We hold back a 10% inventory reserve specifically for size swaps. Even if your size shows "sold out" on the site, we've got you covered.

What if my hoodie is damaged or defective?

We stand behind our quality. If your hoodie arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 30 days with photos.

We'll replace it or issue a full refund—your choice.

When is the next drop?

The Orbit Hoodie – Cincinnati Heat 17 drops November 17, 2025 at 12 PM EST. First-come, first-served.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Not numbered drops! 

The only exception: if we release unused size-swap inventory after the 14-day swap window closes, we'll announce it as a "limited restock" (usually 3–5 pieces max).

How do I get early access to drops?

What does DROP17 stand for?

"DROP" = Limited releases. Scarcity. The culture of streetwear drops that made brands like Supreme iconic.

"17" = The founder's birthday. Simple as that. It's the number that grounds this brand—every drop, every numbered piece, every decision. If it doesn't carry meaning, it doesn't carry the name.

What is Cincinnati Heat?

Cincinnati Heat Orange is our signature colorway. It's bold, unmistakable, and unapologetic—representing the city that shaped this brand.

Every DROP17 release features the Cincinnati Heat colorway because we're not diluting our identity to appeal to everyone. We're doubling down on what makes us different.
