These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DROP17 website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of DROP17.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on DROP17. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you are under 18, you may use our Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Service. When you create an account, you agree to:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in orders, even after an order has been submitted.

If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Limited Availability

DROP17 products are released in limited quantities. All sales are first-come, first-served. We do not guarantee product availability and reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in product or pricing information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Violation of these Terms

Payment

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You will pay all charges incurred

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is simply acknowledgment that we received it.

Your order is accepted when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times

Orders ship within 3–7 business days after purchase. Delivery takes 3–5 business days (US domestic) after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or building management.

If you believe your package was stolen, file a report with your local authorities and contact us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 7 days.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

Size Swaps

We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. See our Size Swap Policy for full details.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 30 days with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.

8. Numbered Exclusivity & Limited Drops

Numbered Releases

Select DROP17 products are released in limited, numbered runs (e.g., "17 of 50"). Each numbered product includes a unique tag indicating its place in the production run.

Numbered products are final sale and do not restock. When a numbered drop sells out, it is gone permanently.

No Restocks

We do not restock sold-out products, except in rare cases where unused size-swap inventory is released after the 14-day swap window. Any such restocks will be announced on Instagram and via email.

Resale & Authenticity

DROP17 products are intended for personal use. We do not authorize or endorse resale of our products. However, we do not restrict your ability to resell products you have purchased.

We are not responsible for verifying the authenticity of products purchased through third-party resellers. Only products purchased directly from DROP17 are guaranteed authentic.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the DROP17 website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks, is the property of DROP17 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without authorization
Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our website or products

User-Generated Content

If you submit content to DROP17 (e.g., photos, reviews, testimonials), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase products
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
Harass, threaten, or harm others through our Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service if you engage in prohibited conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DROP17 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data

Product defects or errors
Delays or failures in shipping or delivery

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DROP17 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of our Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DROP17 regarding your use of our Service.
